In 2017, the ERP building in Otranto was renovated to enhance safety and comfort. The project involved 15 housing units spread over three floors and a semi-basement level, organized into two blocks with independent entrances.
Guaranteed structural safety
Deteriorated parts were removed and consolidated to improve the building's stability, ensuring the safety of residents and preventing collapses or detachments.
Protected and renewed exteriors
The exterior surfaces were painted with weather-resistant and salt-resistant coatings. The refurbishment of the plaster restored uniformity and a well-maintained appearance to the entire building.
New fixtures and refreshed interiors
The fixtures were replaced to ensure thermal and acoustic insulation, resistance to weather conditions, and ease of use. Common areas were also repainted to enhance comfort and hospitality.
