We have waited a while, but we are ready to share our new project with you.
Salesiani Flats in Lecce, situated on Via Palumbo and Via Bixio.
It consists of a complex of three separate buildings of four floors, made with quality finishes and premium materials in an attractive area because it comprises many shared spaces and communitry services which give a strongly characterizes the whole quarter.

Particular attention has been paid to energy saving to obtain class A+++. We have used the maximum extent solar technology and at the same time insulating the building properly with natural materials and high performing thermal fixtures, we have come to obtain a building that mis completely self-sufficient.
