Education
Diploma as Accountant and/or Degree in Business - Economics and Commerce (or similar)
Languages

Experience Required
A minimum working experience of two years with a chartered accountant is required, in order to allow a rapid integration and training to the candidate, in line with the company requirements
Detail of duties
The working location will be near Lecce; the identified candidate will be employed in the administrative office and will initially manage the issues with the accounting firm that follows the company, and the basic bookkeeping. Once inserted in the company, the candidate will provide support to the administrative area, reporting directly to the Chief Administration and working with the entire section

A dynamic person, strongly motivated at work and extremely precise and accurate in carrying out the duties assigned. To complete the profile, the candidate should have a strong propensity to take direct responsibility of his own actions, a good inclination to achieving goals and a strong will to grow professionally

University degree in Management Engineering (we also take into consideration bachelor's degrees)

A minimum working experience of 2/3 years in management control is required. Relevant experience in the construction industry or related fields is a preferential element for the access to selections
Detail of duties
The working location will be near Lecce, therefore a preference will be made for candidates living in the province of Lecce. Once inserted in the company, the candidate will begin a professional development that will allow him/her to grow rapidly within the area of competence; the final goal is to reach excellent levels of expertise in the planning of strategies, formulation of strategies aimed to increase company productivity, harmonization of analytical and general accounting, analysis of costs and gaps, and implementation of appropriate corrective actions

- Diploma as Building Surveyor. Qualification
- University degree in Construction Engineering. Enrolled in the Engineers' Registration Board
- University degree in Construction Architecture. Enrolled in the Architects' Registration Board
Languages

Practical knowledge of computer programs and supports for building site accounting, Autocad, Archicad
Experience Required
Proven experience in carrying out estimates and accounting of buildings (civil buildings fully finished - architectural restoration - renovation of apartment and building facades etc.)
Detail of duties
The candidate will mainly work on estimates, analysis of prices and accounting of works, through the use of CANT and Prometeo software. Technical - economical management of the order. Managing of working phases, with monthly reports to the higher Management. The selected candidate will work in the technical office, where he/she will cooperate with the senior technicians, reporting directly to the general Manager of the company
