The twinning between Confindustria - Industrial Association in Lecce and Confindustria - Industrial

Aiming at working together, in synergy, at building development and promoting the "Made in Italy" competitiveness on the global market: this is in synthesis the outcome of the Annual Public Assembly of the Confindustria of Lecce "The South seen from the North", held on the 25th of June at the Teatro Paisiello in Lecce.

During the Assembly, the twinning between the Confindustria of Lecce and the Confindustria of Verona was celebrated; an agreement strongly promoted by the President of the Confindustria of Lecce, Piero Montinari, the former President of the Confindustria of Verona Gian Luca Rana, the entrepreneur Giuseppe Maria Ricchiuto, and materialized during the period of Veronian presidency of Andrea Bolla.

The aim of the twinning is to promote the productivity and territory of Salento, to encourage the attraction towards investments and build development, through the comparison with a dynamic and competitive reality, like that of Verona. A synergetic cooperation, which through training, education, trade, or even by foreseeing common purchases and transports, creates a virtuous circle that involves not only companies, but also structures like universities, banks, and various institutions interested in development.
